Base
Machine base is heavily Ribbed I S 25 Grade Cast iron.
Headstock
Gear less headstock body is made of high-grade cast iron. The A2-4 Cartridge spindle is supported on super precision class Duplex angular contact ball bearing at front and Duplex at rear. Bearings are grease packed for life. This combination ensures good rigidity of the spindle while working with power operated work-holding cylinder mounted on rear of the spindle. Head is mounted on Base.
